Access to the residence is through our backyard, along the ‘Achterom’ . From the ‘Achterom’, walk through the ‘Notaristuin’ towards our house. Enter ‘Parkeerplaats Drijverstraat’ in your navigation system and follow the directions below from there.
Arriving by car?
Long-term parking is not possible on the Julianastraat, but nearby is the ‘Parkeerplaats Drijverstraat’ (de Bocksberg). There are also several charging stations for electric vehicles.
Exit the parking lot via Wilhelminalaan, cross the street, and turn onto ‘Achterom’. The park ‘De Notaristuin’ is on the left. Enter the park through the gate and follow the path. The wooden gate is the entrance to the garden leading to ‘Bij Julia’.
In most places on Texel you have to pay for parking. It’s best to purchase a ‘Texel Vignet’ You can choose a day, week, or annual pass. This parking vignette can be purchased online at www.texelvignet.nl.
Are you travelling by public transport?
Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, take bus line 28 to Den Burg. Get off at the “Elemert” stop. From the bus stop, it’s a 5-minute walk to our accommodation. Enter “Wilhelminalaan Fietsenstalling” on Google Maps. Just before you arrive, you’ll see the “Notaristuin” park on your right. Enter the park through the gate and follow the path. The wooden gate is the entrance to the garden leading to “Bij Julia.”
